What should I Offer ?

1990 Scorpion layed up by Firehawk (jimmy Johnson) HIN Prefix JBX. The gel coat is faded bad and there is no engine, no interior, will come as you see it in the pictures.

I know the Bottom needs work to improve the performance, I will call Harold Bruce at R-D Marine on that issue.
