When will SandBar be closed?

I think it will be closed Friday through Monday, but I heard they have started it on a Thursday before. Call Havasu patrol and find out!

What exactly do they do when Sandbar is closed? The got the man staking it out and telling you to leave? Never seen it closed Can you still get through from Havi, going up to Camp Moabi when it's closed>??>

I believe it is usually opened on friday, they buoy it off. I would still check with the Havasu Patrol just in case.

For the last 3 years I have watched them buoyed the Sandbar Friday Morning and then the open it up Monday early afternoon..Hope this helps..

everyone just stops at the mini sandbar which is basically on the way to the sandbar.... same thing, different location

3 hrs to launch on memorial day weekend? only if you are in line by 6am.. all but Site six will be closed by 9am..
