Hey I wonder if Peter from Skater would consider such an action for a customer!! sorry im fiesty today
I don't know, I wonder if he would charge 9k for less than a days work to put a motor in though. Let's see, Blosdales price 500 bucks, DCB price 9k. Must be the zip ties.
just curious how much was your skater?
Ya Toby Loctite is only designed for metal to metal contact.

yeahhhhhhh, now we know that  guess you have to read the fine print on the bottle. It really thrashed the plastic bad, crap eat right through it.
I say fix it right. Otherwise you'll always know that there is a problem (even though you cant see it).
well, just read the ULTRA fine print on the bottle "CAUTION may have a reaction with use on injection molded plastics" that SUCKS! swung by DCB and Dave himself was back there cleaning out the damaged area, and trying to repair/reinforce the inside of the cowlings. anyone know what we could use to match the inside?
Maybe you should raise the "bling" bar even more.... have them repair the cowlings. and then paint the inside to match the outside

About the same as my second Mach 26...
Couldn't they just fiberglass / bondo the areas that were affected? What I mean is grind out the effected areas, and then fix em back up.. Repaint and your done?
