What would one expect to pay a repeatable shop for a Valve Job on BBC Brodix Heads replacing the valves with Inconell exhaust and Severe Duty intake valves, all springs keepers and retainers. Heads already off the motor, no other damage to the heads.

Looked for the receipt but couldnt find it, was between $200-400, at Dougans near Riverside. Everybody in the area recomended them to me, a local boat shop (wont say who hes a member of the boards) was going to charge me over $1500 to do the same thing and send them to the same shop. Heres there # 681-1961, talk to Ray, hes a great guy busy as hell but still takes time to chat with ya.

We paid 400.00 for a three angle valve job and bronze guides installed, the guy also hot tanked the heads and painted them. He also cleaned up some welding someone had done before.
