I called these "boat flipping parties".
In the garage, there was a keg, but no-one could touch it until the boat was where it was supposed to be. Then we spent the rest of the day getting slaughtered.
Getting it off the rack and back on the trailer was the easiest part for some reason. Oh, while it's off the trailer, use that time to restore the trailer also!
