heck i doubt if he'll see this, but how much would it cost to slap a nice coat of black paint/clearcoat (stage 2) on my 89 suburban? i went to some place by my house and they said 3200 w/out dent repair....i also want the door jams done a little also...is that too much to pay? anyone's opinions?

i dont care about the grey rocker panels since new trim will go on, and line x will be sprayed on the rocker panels over the grey....who knows of good places/deals other than geza's? ill still probably roll over there for his estimate tho.

So, the price you got isnt too bad. Just by looking at the pic, Geza says you are looking at approx 5k to repaint her.
