    Man those are some really cool pics. Do you do all local stuff or do you guys fly pretty far in a day? More pics if you have them or send them to andy871@msn.com. Defently one of the cooler jobs I have heard of somebody having.

    Helo's have limited fuel capacity, so normally with a load on you get 3 hours max flight time. A lot less if your flying into a headwind. Then it's all GPS plotting and where the airports are that you can buy jet fuel at. We stay mostly local and kind of revolve around Barstow/Daggett or Apple Valley since we can hop from there to where we need to be. They only let us use these when there is something VERY bad happening at a major site. Otherwise you know all those towers you see up on all the peaks? 4WD baby...
    You haven't lived 'til you've dug a couple Super Duty's out of 2' of snow or mud. No AAA out there. :cry:
