Thread: Plasma TV settings

    What are the reccomended settings to avoid burn in (i.e. contrast, sharpness, picture temp, etc).
    I know not to leave any static images on the screen, and it will not be used for video games.

    you have solved your own problem leaving static images is what burns them in.

    Set the brightness, contrast, and temps as low as you can while maintaining a good enought picture for how bright your room is.. There isn't a standard setting. It's all subject to the room and how you like to view your tv...
