I believe that's speed coat, not primer. :crossx:

I filled all the chips in the strakes, made sure the back 6 feet or so were as close to perfect as I could and then speedcoated...wasn;t as concerned with the front, as its barely seen and doesn't affect performance...It was my first time doing gel coat repairs, the color matching was slightly off, but pretty close...

Nice work, looking at a hull real similar to yours. Hows it handle the rough water?

Looks real nice. I might be a little bias though.
AZKC, they are not great bottoms in the rough stuff. Also, the back sits very low in the water. I take alot of water when I am anchored. I love mine none the less.

Got any shots of the back of the boat showing the lifting strakes? The one I'm looking at has some small (+/- 6" wide) tunnel/runner bottom things on the outside edges.

I believe you're right calling it a runner bottom...mine has them...
