Yep. But I never smoked, so I can't compare the effectiveness of cigs.
When the GF quit smoking last year she had to take a few puffs every few days to help move things along.

Yep! Used to spend $4 a day on a pack...now I spend that on a Latte daily. Also currently eating sunflower seeds - been about 3 or 4 months now.
energy drinks do!
And if I have too many Red Bull/Vodkas I am running at the butt all night. Gross huh!
Coffee and cigs? For regularity? Neither ever had that effect on me.
+/- 2 quarts water/day and high fibre bread however ...
A 15 minute walk in the morning will do it.
