Yup, all the coolant is in the bilge again. I only put 6 hours since the laast time the problem was fixed. Anybody know if Merc make better grommets for the 496 heat exchange?

Roln 20s eventually had the whole heat exchanger on the front of the engine replaced and has not had a problem since.
