Congrats on the new boat. You can't go wrong with the quality of a DCB.
On a different note I was wondering why so many people have a problem with a 26 cat having a 496? I think that is fine if you have realistic expectation of how the boat will perform. After all don't the majority of 28' deckboats come with the 496? I don't see to may of them upset about the performance of their boat. Just asking a question.
That is like buying a Porsche 911 and driving it at 55MPH ALL DAY LONG.....

The family is definitly growing. My little 20mnth old is a handful, can't take him anywhere. All is good though, best of all we've got a new engine & drive, boats running great and we plan to be out in Havy alot this summer. Look forward to seeing you Jen & the kids.

good news today- spoke with Bryan at DCB--if all goes well, my estimated delivery date is March 31st (my bday is March 30th-happy birthday to me)
