Hey all I do mortgages from Coast to Coast. One of our most popular loan products is our Residential Lot loan. I have done several in Lake Havasu City. The last lot I did on Park Terrace sold for $249 and the borrower only had to come up with 5% ($12,500) down and his mortgage will fixed for five years Interest Only and under 8%. This product will carry him until I do his construction loan after he gets all of his permits. There is no prepayment penality. Another file I file I did is on Lake Sinclare in Georgia. The borrower purchased a lot on the water with a view to the west for $138K with a very small down as well. If you have any questions, I would be happy to answer them. Thanks
