Itunes question

I copied many of my cd's on to my hard drive. When i go to copy the music into my Itunes, it tells me that because it's protected, it won't transfer. I would have to burn the discs again....
Is there any way to "unprotect" the music that is already on my harddrive?

Good question, I am trying to get my music DVD's loaded, and other "ripping" software is needed for that !!!

You need to import them into Itunes from the CD
It is under one of the pull down menus
