BTW I added another question to it earlier in case you missed it...had some confusion from your answer. :boxed:
This is what I added...................
"It is illegal to operate a PWC between sunset and sunrise or during periods of restricted visibility unless the PWC is equipped with the required navigation lights."
The above statement is from the AZ Game and Fish boater's guide so now I'm more confused. If it is illegal in CA then does the above negate this? The pwc is reg. in AZ.
See, to be more specific on the use I'm interested in, say I'm at Black Meadow Landing/the channel/casino after sunset and I just want to get to the launch ramp; not out "playing around"...this is why I was concerned about the laws on this.
