Any hookups for Needles Rental?

I'd like to take the fam damily to Needles for a few days in August. Anyone have a rental there? Just 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) and maybe a 3rd adult. I have an i/o so i'd like to be as downriver as possible.

I have a friend with a nice place about a half mile down river from the bridge on the California side, it's not waterfront, but very close in a brand new community. Let me know if you're interested and I can put you in touch with him
