The blazer was found three (!) years later in Galveston Texas, I had been long paid off but the Detective had to verify the theft. My truck's body had been bolted on to another frame and it came over the border from Mex. to TX. I was paid 16k for it and when it was found, the idiot with it was selling it for 4k.
I hate car thieves and always had fun running the "bait car" . That's a Honda Accord we have that lets the thieves jump in, take the car and we then remotely shut it down and take them into custody.
