You have more panoramic pics of the front showing driveway, proximity of neighbors etc. Nice size lot for the area from others I have seen. Whats the elevation?

Here is the only other picture I have of the exterior. There are a lot of tree's in the front so it was hard to get a good shot without a large tree in the middle of the picture. There is a decent amount of room between the neighbors homes and the driveway is probably about 40-50 ft with a nice plateau area at the top where the cars are parked in this picture.
I will have to double check what the exact elevation is but I would guess somewhere around 6000 ft. or so. There was a lot of snow on the ground when I went up there on March 1st. and it was in the mid to high 30's that day.
Are you thinking about buying a vacation home?

You are right, the elevation is about 6,000 feet there. Arrowhead is 5,200 at the dam, Big Bear is about 6,500 at the dam but you crest over 7,000 driving from Running Spgs to BBL. It is about 15 minutes to Arrowhead and about 40 minutes to BBL. Only about 20 minutes from Highland so the mountain driving is not too bad.

I made it there from Corona at the 91 & Lincoln in just under 50 minutes.
Of course I was obeying the laws and not speeding!

I hope to be able to afford a home in the Big Bear area in my lifetime.
    Nice place BTW.
Want to buy a house in San Bernardino?
