so it's a straight out of the box GM crate motor untouchedf (re-machined) with the metric rings?
This is a deal:
I have a 2006 Gen 6 502 Shortblock "crate motor" that I aquired. It spun the 1-2 rod bearings on the dyno. The motor was immediately shut down with oil pressure. GM PERFORMANCE warranteed this motor and replaced the forged crank, rods, pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, and more. All of the new parts are still sealed in the boxes and the motor is intact. The block is fine and I am sure the crank that is in the motor could be turned and resold. I have no time for this project and I want it gone. THIS IS A GREAT BUY!!!!!
$3500 TAKES IT!

Yes,
Its a GM Performance 502/502 shortblock with less than one hour of dyno time only before it lost two bearings.
Frank,
its 8.75:1 cr with a 119 cc head. Put a set of dart heads on it and the right cam and a single 3.3 whipple(hint hint) and you would have a motor that makes approx 800 hp. Otherwise it will make between 550 and 590 NA pretty easily.
