Yes a Magic Deckboat can be parked on the site, however no long term parking is available, our garage is not big enough for the deckboat so we have a storage in Parker. One time we had the Magic, Conquest and Howard 26' cat parked in front. The house is in a culdesac so no one can drive through, we are the last house.
