Rip: You're in luck. That GECO on TV may want a boat to tow behind his red sports car! He has money too. Jerk
Selling my Blown Biesmeyer on E-bay.
What do you think I should be asking.
Very reliable boat. Good on fuel.

Is that Gecko or Geico ?????
Can we start a Mini nostalgia class???
Yaaaa, that's the one. Green in color with small hands and stupid dialated eyeballs! Doesnt have the balance to race circles though. Tail would get burnt on headers I think. JEERRKK
Ok, How did you build that? I want one.
Hey Dan,
I bought the resin hull from a guy in Calif.
Bulldog models I believe. Then pirated the rest of the parts from an older model I had kicking around. Still have another hull (different make) that I havent started yet.
Its hard as heck to find the little V-drives.
Maybe Superdave could start machining them????
Or V-drive Tom may have some on the shelf.
Yeah! Let me know how I can get one of those hulls too. How long is it? I'd love to have a model of my Bezer sitting on the mantlepiece.
Too kool!
Eric
Flat racer, Its 9" long and 3.5" wide.
I believe the company I got it from was Mad dog models. Actually he calls it a "Spitfire".
I looked in a old scale modeler mag. There address is Ron Bolton 3693Hackett Ave. Long Beach, CA. 90808-2415.
He also lists a late and early Hondo hull.
Holy cow,
I put the model on E-bay.
The bidding is already at $67.00 and still has 3 days to go.
Maybe I should start building more....
Your bench top is equally impressive.........
