Shueman is right. Driving thru is the best approach although you could call the store to see if anyone knows anything. You could do it like we did and drive through the various parks above the Palo Verde Dam (Villa shores, Aha, Waterwheel, etc.) to see what's available. Then just stay up in Parker at the Bluewater and enjoy the weekend. You might also try the Wheeler-Inn, which is a park right at the bridge into Parker. It's below the gate, so the usual Parker crowd is contained upriver with no access other than pulling their boat and relaunching.
At Aha, I do know that Ernie, the guy who runs the bar, is selling his place for something like $85K. Not sure if it's a tear out. Mike Coffman is selling his and is the monster double I mentioned. Pretty expensive though. Lastly, Bob who runs Waterwheel is apparently building a new park upriver from Waterwheel. The concept is turn key setups with a mobile, concrete, awnings and a garage. I don't know for sure, but I have heard of prices above $200K. For your money, try to get in at Aha.

I really liked the look of Aha Quin...might be down there in a few weeks...!!
Check that they are OK at Aha with land ownership....got a buddy who said his mom is being evicted out of Twin Palms by the Indians Lessors....they are rumor'd to be taking back all the riverfront in the area..

All of the land on that strip of the river is owned by the Indians, he's right check that the park owners are in their "good graces"!
