They are doing electrical, and plumbing this week!! I will keep the pics coming. My contractor (Jeff) has been great! I anyone needs a great contractor I would give him a call.

so there is no house on the lot yet
Yes the house is about 70 feet away from the garage. I am building on the second lot. Today they are finishing up on the electrical and plumbing. It looks like it will be completed in 4 weeks. I will keep the pics as I get them. I have not been there while construction has taken place. The contractor is handling everything and just sends updates everyday with pics.
