    thanks for the tips everyone!
I am going to buy one.
I am usually a law abiding person but the accelerator on this thing seems to be malfunctioning. It only seems to work correctly at 110.

besides 70 mph seems like 45 mph...... I don't know why.

I've got the V1 and it works great.
I use it mostly on the highway, you get a lot of false positives around shopping centers and airports.
It's saved my ass a bunch of times on the way to the River and on Rice Rd.
One summer night about midnight on Rice Rd i'm on cruise control at about 100 mph with the sunroof open in my BMW. Not a car in site, I come over a hill and the thing starts wailing at me....I slam on brakes, go down to 70 mph, and just then out of no where a pair of headlights pop up ahead in the distance.
I soon realize they are up in the air....i figure its a highway patrol aircraft. May V1 is wailing like crazy, and the plane pulls straight up in front of me...lights his afterburners....and scares the hell out of me....it was some kind of military jet....maybe using me for target practice. I could feel the heat from his jets through the sun roof.
You also get a lot of false positives on the way to Mammoth on Hwy 395, out where the FAA radar station is....it beeps for about 50 miles on either side of it.
    :boxed: :rollside:
