1984 Wilderness 25 foot fifth wheel travel trailer.A/C, heat, 3 beds (sleeps appx 6-8) stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, full bath, couch, dinette and chair.Good condition. It is currently(and for the past 6 years) stored at the havasu landing campground. Great for those of you that are tired of paying big $$ for hotels and dont want to tow other trailers out there. Dry storage fees at campground are $40 month. Pull and place $15 each way, and full hook ups are appx $24 night, or $250 month. They have a nice marina or beach parking for boats. You dont even need a fifth wheel truck if you keep it there...Need to sale asap, $1000 Message me or contact (714)357 6130 for more info.

unfortunantly thats all the pics i have, and with it being out there, i cant take anymore. As far as the A/C goes, its always worked good for us .We've only used the trailer about 6 times in 3 years. Everything works in the trailer, it just has not been towed in many years other than from storage to the campsite. Tires have good tread though. The real deal is being able to keep the storage spot there....they have a waiting list for new trailers. And they have some nice waterfront spots, not to mention a CASINO! I dont get what your asking me....it covers the trailer and storage until oct 1 then you can either tow it out or continue storing it there....if you tow it out i would recommend you register it and it hasnt been registered since it was taken there 6 years ago...the park hasnt required it.....appx registration dues are about $300....hasnt been towed on highway in 6 years so you may want to throw some new tires on it, other than that its a steal! You'll get the keys and a pink slip and you can do whatcha want with it. I have several people interested, its just a matter of getting out there.

Looking for a fifth wheel and I ran across this. So did this ever sell? You don't seem to keep appointments.
