    That's exactly the reason why it was not removed it serves a purpose.

    In AZ you are not required to have a front license plate, but if the truck has been modified in any way that raises the stock frame height you are required to have mud flaps.
    I thought in Ca. the only time mud flaps are required is if your tires stick outside of the wheel well.
    My solution is to drive my Ca. registered truck in AZ, and then I take my AZ registered truck to Ca. while I am working there. It seems the cops do not bother to pull over out of state registered vehicles for fix it ticket violations, maybe because they do not know the laws in the other states..

    Frame may fall under 24008.5a exceed 30"
    exhaust may be incorrect 27152
    What if I'm from another state and you see me while I'm visiting?
