I sprained the heck out of my knee playing bball last December, worst sprained I ever had, besides the time I sprained my ankle first day of vaca and had to use crutches for 3 weeks. I think it is time to try and play, heres hoping I don't make it any worst and ruin the rest of my boating season.

I feel you though...I broke my jaw playing softball, and the first few games back were pretty tough, cuz the injury is fresh in your mind. Play hard though or go home, cuz you know what happens if you try to just "Get after it slowly" You get hurt again.

I separated my right shoulder last month and been on the DL, can't wait to get back on the field
Well, it all went good, I took it easy, picked my spots of when to drive. Played 3 full court games and no pain this morning or last night, I think the knee is better than I though.

when the injury happend to me, I had to press on the gas and it hurt like hell. Lol.
