Yes. If there is a small leak in the system( anywhere) they will move down. they make supports that bolt to the trailer and support it. Or you can also get the kind that go on the rams.
Our last boat was a direct drive, so Im new to the Brovo drive.
Do I need to strap up the drive while towing to keep it from bouncing around or anything like that?

OK, got home and tried installing this piece of shit. There is no way in hell that thing was intended for my trailer or boat. I will have to figure somthing else out.

Its just too long. It needs to be about 6 inches or so to fit between the drive and the trailer. The back rail (where its supposed to mount) of the trailer and the front part of the drive are too close.
I need to figure somthing else out. I will see if I can post a pic of the boat on the trailer.
