I need to get started on that again, it’s been a few months now. I keep telling myself tomorrow but always find some excuse so I can blow it off.
Good luck, it is hard to get started. Sometimes I don't work out for a week and it is hard as heck to start again.

I hear ya, at least I’m still putting in 15 miles or more on my mountain bike almost every night. But I really need to get back to the iron…..TOMORROW!

Thats more than what I do, I run for 2 miles and then use light weights, I only workout to keep the beer gut away.
