At the fear of sounding stupid, I gotta ask "What does the Constable office do or stand for". I really dont know, especially in Havasu.NSF
It's a position that works in the courts. I believe the main purpose is to be the middle man in dealing with the paperwork to the judge. I'm still a little unclear myself but I'm pretty sure thats the jist of it.
