I leaving this paradise they call the Four Seasons at Peninsula Papayayo. This a truly amazing hotel and recomend for you to visit the country of Costa Rica. The people are very nice and the dollar goes a long way here. It probably what Hawaii was like 20 years ago.

There are no bargains in real estate. A condo 5 years ago sold for $250,000 today its selling for a million. A million for a condo dosn't seem like a smoking deal even though it has golf and ocean views.
