My vehicles get like that sometimes, living rurally, but not the windows. I do need to be able to see. I was pulled over once in the night for an overly muddy license plate as it was all 1 color, and not readable from his car. Since we were in the middle of a couple weeks of intermittent rainstorms, I stopped just a mile up the highway (after the popo & I finished our chat) and cleaned the plate off like I promised to. I was headed there anyhow for gasoline.
