The one I got was the new small wireless reciever for the car. The home version is the Replay I believe.

Yes I did get it from the web site. If you log in under your account they will have a special place to get info.
Well hell, I don't even know what my account number is...Let alone my user name and password for the website...

you can just call them. I did not know it either but I wanted to listen to Howard in the morning while at work and so I called them up. Just make sure you have a bill with you are the number off your reciever. :crossx:
