Feel Good Story Of The Day...'70 Hallett Back On The Water

Sometimes life gets in the way of this boating thing we all enjoy. Dick and I finished up this 1970 Hallett awhile back for Darnez and Regina Taylor. Because of personal priorities, and for all the right reasons, taking the boat to the water had to take a backseat. Well, today, the boat, that has been in Darnez's family since 1971, the boat that he learned to drive and ski behind and lived out all his boyhood dreams of speed and racing(just like the rest of us) finally got wet in all her restored glory. I'm tellin' ya, it's days like today, with all the emotion and history that get tied to these old flatbottoms that just make it all worth it! Darnez and Regina...Here's to the next 36 years!!
