HD VideoCameras....

Question for those who know or who would like to voice their experiences on the matter.
Are HD Videocameras true HD and recorded as such and are they worht the extra money?
If not, who has what and who recommends which ones??
In the market for a new one.

Well, they are not true, true HD, but are really close. I would wait just a little bit and get the Sony HDR-SR1, it is the first HD camcorder that does not use tapes or DVD's, it has an internal HD to make things a lot easier.

That is the one I am waiting for, tires of messing with tapes.
