does any one know the best way to get charleston boat races from manassas va i could map quest but looking for the shorter route i will be leaving friday after work

Mike that appears to be your best route, the only other option would be to come across I- 68 and down I-79. It appears to be longer. I know that its five hours to Frederick from Charleston, and you appear to be an hour south of there.
