well i figured just as i was making headway with the boat there would be troubleLOL i really want to move anyone know the house prices near the lakes in AZ or Calif, please let me know we went through the last one and thats enough.

Arm and a leg anywhere in southern CA and even more near a body of water, unless it is Elsinore, just to give you an example, my nieghbors across the stree just put there house up for sale for $540K and it is a 3bed 2 batch with a two car garage, the house is 1540 SQF and the lot is 5600SQF. Not worth it to me, specailly since you would have to deal with me living across the stree.
yeah i guess thats alot i am Ft lauderdale in a country area and mine is about 2000sq ft on almost an acreand i payed 271000 for it 3 yrs ago, but there really is not many hot boats like mine here so i usually go aloneand tear around for a while waste gas and then go home LOL
that will get you a 1000sq ft condo in the worse part of san diego,bring a gun
