Whose nice house is being Built adjacent the 95 LHC South entrance?
Real nice circular job with lots of stone on either Maricopa, Kearsage or Challnger just adjacent the Hwy 95 south entrance to Havi.
He's been building that house for quite a while and rumolr has it that it wil never be completed due to the constant changes and additions and everything else the owner changes midstream (from what I hear).
The owner has done some bitchin stuff to it.

That is a different house, that is over 4 miles from where he is referring to....
Orvill's ( former owner of Nordic boats ) house is on Jamacia and is often referred to as a Van DeKamp RESTURANT. It can be seen from HWY 95 just past Mulberry coming south or 2 miles north of south Acoma. We stopped by recently to check out his lagoon and it's amazing.
Been building that house for over three (3) years... Cost gotta be going through the roof...
he is being very picky about how it is built.
pool torn out once, wrongshape or placement of the hot tub...
pillers torn out cuz they were off thier mark ..
steamer tray, deep fryer, warming drawer, in the kitchen
block glass in the fire place so you can see the fire thru it..
all round corners no sharp corners (supposedly)
and ONLY a 2 car garage..
