Thread: somewhat new(how to)???

    don't know where to post this----this is the only forum i goto-----
    when i signed up for ***boat i just plugged in my name and logged on.
    i went back to fill in my profile.there is a black box--home page--etc--covering the place where i would click on to edit or in my case to fill in the blanks. can anyone tell me how to remove this box or how to get around it.
    if your wondering what in the hizle i am talking about click on your own profile.
    i can barely click on edit avatar--nothing else--
    anyone????????????????????????

    Ya, you understood correctly. That's odd, I was having the same problem on Friday using Internet Explorer, but don't have the problem right now with Firefox.
    I guess something besides the browser must be causing it.

    LOL saw the problem on Windows 2000 but works just *fine* on Linux

    boot up ***boat--
    i shouldn't have this problem?????

    Linux is an operating system that comes in many variations. Sorta like Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, etc.
    I can't seem to duplicate your issue, either. But I have noticed that there is a difference in the way the pages look, depending on whether you are logged in or not.
