5 year old 3 + 2 home on the north side, just a few minutes from Windsor. Sleeping accomadations for 9. Nice lake and Mountain views. Almost 100 feet of RV parking and a 50 ft. flat driveway. Includes a windsor launch pass, full entertainment center with HBO, phone, gas BBQ, horse shoe pits, and dart board. Completely furnished and all linens are provided. Just had brand new tile and carpet installed last month. This is a turnkey set-up, just bring the toys. There's even complementary beer in the fridge!!!

I don't want to mis-lead anyone. This rate is only from after Labor Day till my snowbirds arrive, normally we charge $115. There is a $100 refundable security deposit and a $75 maid service fee. But, it's still a decent deal!
