WTF! Anyone get their hands dirty anymore? Can't believe there has not been a plug change on 6.0 Chevy or GMC HD. Just wanting some info!

i'll stick ngk's in them here at work kraig.i give em a choice between ngk's or the delco iridium's which cost 9.35 each compared to ngk's 2.25. the ngk's work great, any other brand tends to set misfire codes.

Is this one of those engines that don't need a tune up until 100k? Maybe none of those engines have made it that far.

Thanks T, I don't know what I was thinking--shoulda just gave ya a pm. HMF'er you are correct on the 100k tune up, however I'll do anything right now to get a little more mpg. It's got 92k.

Better mileage from a 6.0? You must live in a fantasy world!
All kidding aside, try a Wester's Tune (http://www.tbyrnemotorsports.com/truckcatalog.html). I picked up another 2 mpg on the highway and 1 in town, plus the extra power I gained from the tune.
