I am upgrading my drag motor and I have a few questions for you more experienced guys. 604 ci bowtie, 1471 blower, alcohol bird, and port nozzles, 10.7 static, not sure of boost yet but will most certainly be below 25#.
Questions:
1-Will a Msd 10+ be enough fire power?
2- Will an Enderle 110 fuel pump, cam driven, be enough fuel flow
3- Any guesses on starting point for hat and port nozzles and main jet size
4- Can i use my square barrel valve or will I need to go to a K style on
5- What about a 16 v battery for the MSD 10, do I need a special alternator, and 110 v battery charger if I go with one

1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3. I can't be of much help there. Usually the guys square the hat with about 50's and then do the ports about high 30's. All I know on that is what I have seen guys run but I have little experience in running port nozzles and high blower percentages.
4. I think either barrel valve will flow enough. But I would run all this by Enderle to be sure.
5. I don't know. I would just run a mag and forget about alternators or special batterys.
