I've often thought a Mod-Vp like a Stoker, Baker, etc. would be less susceptible to blow over than a tunnel like an STV, etc.
The guys shooting for the big numbers seem to be all running tunnels, though. What's up with that? Are tunnels really that much lighter? I'd think a Mod-Vp could be built pretty light, if it were deemed desirable.
Any thoughts?
Tom an stv,mirage and rapid crafts are all mod vp hulls just like the stoker same class. Stokers can blowover one went over 2years ago at BBSP doing about 100mph.So pretty much any boat can go over under the right or should I say the wrong circumstances.
ANYTHING can blow over...STV's just happen to be one of the most forgiving rigs out there.

Yeah, I was the other guy on Jordy's boat - the one that kept going swimming for shit I'd drop in the lake. LOL
The boat has a pair of Evolution Marine modded Johnson V8's.
