YA he already bought a bigger newer house with a bigger garage so this one has to go. Seems to be a pretty good deal too....someone needs to jump on this.
Bump. Goes up on MLS today...I gave you all first crack at it. $255k for ***boaters...Gonna be listed for $265k. Can't find a less expensive 3 car, 50' boat deep garage and 8' garage doors for this price range...

No biggy. I was just curious cause the setup of the Kitchen looks just like mine.
Like the TV in the garage, I think I'll have to do that this weekend.
