Thread: Used Spa for Sale!!

    Ok...talked to my neighbor and it turns out that he is afraid his dad will get hurt getting in and out of it (in his 80's) so...it is up for sale.
    I am asking $1100 for it. (you pick it up, or pay to have it delivered)
    6 person Cal Spa.
    model year: 2000
    Dual Filter / Pump
    Electric Heater and runs off of 220V
    spa cover included.

    Yep..I bought my house in 2003 and the spa came with it. We have been in the spa about 5 times in 3 years. I am not a spa expert, but I had my neighbor come down and look at it, because there were like white scales floating in the spa when I filled it up after it sat for about 1 year with no water. He said not to worry about it, it is scales from the heater tubes and the filter should filter it out after a while. Which it has...not much left at all now.
    :yuk: Definately need new water after purchase... :rollside:
    I would like to see someone try to pick it up with 3500lbs of water in it

    Sorry, but here is my 2c. Buying a used spa is like borrowing your buddies jock strap. It's used and I don't want want to get into it. :220v:
