Hello to everyone from Katrina land. First I want to thank those of you who offered help to me and my family during and after the storm. It's been a busy 2 years for us. Well we are finished rebuilding the house and now I can turn to some fun projects.
When I built my jet right before the storm I used some OTT Bassett headers with the following cam specs. dur. intake 249 ex 254 @ .050 in lift .615 ex .626 with 1.7 Rockers. 110 lobe separation advanced 4 degrees. The engine has 9.5 CR. Now for the question. I would like to change to water cooled thru hull exhaust to quite it down and build a cover for a sun deck. Will I have a problem with water revision? thanks Robert

If you have an engine cover, you'll need to run water jacketed TT headers which don't have as much of a problem with reversion as water injected headers. Of course, the price of jacketed headers is considerably more, but it's only money....
