Mine is a rail install with a Cover Ralph. I'll take a couple pictures Friday and post them for you to look at. It may be what you're looking for. RR
I'm just a pawn in the game of life...........

That's exactly what it is. A four point with the feet cut off it. I did the same thing with mine. I just couldn't bring myself to lay down the kind of cash they wanted for a cover.
Before cutting it down and polishing it up.

i could'nt find onr for a ford, so i bought one for a chevy and moved the mounting tabs. you would never know looking at it. you can prob find some pics if you do a search for nelson#109.
I also used a chevy flywheel cover, i just marked the chev holes on my ford plate, then drilled, taped and studed it. Took about 20 min.![]()
rwyyattb,
Here are the pics of my motor plates that you asked for:

Note in the above photo that the block dowels are in the block and integrated/used with the motor plate. The motor plate itself is essentially patterned after the 429/460 engine plate (goes between the block and C6 trans):

In regards to the flywheel cover, I don't have any straight ahead photos, but you know what they look like so use your imagination (with this overhead shot) as far as the install of the cover to the motor plate:
