I do not know (slips are real touchy with this guy) but I would not spend a penny with this guy. He reminds me of a guy down in Parker Strip who thinks he can do anything we wants. I will take my $$ else where with a smile even if it is a little more work.
The good side of Windsor is that 99.9% of the people know what they are doing and help others in trouble.
