Not disputing any findings, NSF. Just didn't want anyone to think the hearing officer was biased toward the city because of false information that he had been "hired by the city." Only wanted to clarify the matter.

NO. But, lots of people do it that way because it looks right. Kind of like people using the word ironic or irony when 99.99999999% of people have no idea of what that word means, including webster.

As far as Rhinos on the road, I would think that this is way under his radar.
I can tell you this, he thinks way ahead of the game, and does not mind the input of others. He IS boater friendly! I would think he like most in law enforcement he will try to keep a lid on the wild nature of things in the channel during holiday weekends.
I would guess that Havasu might see an increased level of gang enforcement, mainly outsiders visiting and illegals trafficing in drugs. Quality of life is big in this town, so expect this to be a priority.
I do know thay LHPD is actively seeking new officers, detention officers, and dispatchers. The pay is very good of AZ.
