Glad she's ok. As you can see from the pics, typically when you hit something like a cow, horse, deer, elk, elephant (seeing who is paying attention), based upon physics, their legs like to knock out from under them while the rest of them joins ya in the cab. Could have been worse than being covered in cowshit, although that's not high on my list either.
